Pizza Maker
Position requires excellent prep skills. Responsibilities include: preparing pizza dough, bread, dips, dressings and sauces. Other responsibilities include maintaining and stocking salad, dessert and pizza station for dinner service. Position requires an ability to remain calm, cool and collected under the pressure of a busy Dinner Service. The position requires a skilled pizza maker also capable of overseeing ordering, scheduling part time pizza staff and dish staff, and overseeing the tip pool.
Position would include full time permanent shifts of 7 hours 1-8pm mid week and 2-9pm on Friday and Saturday.
Potential for 2 part-time positions.
Assets include min 1 year related experience and/or culinary education.
